(Oct 30, 2007 10:52PM)Regarding Focus on a niche: The railroads were criticised early on for "focusing" on being in the railroad business and not the transportation business as a reason for their decline. Would Al's focus advice still have applied for them in the early 1900s?

if roll out a major compatitor can attack with heavy resoures and if law of time than small company does not have alot of money.
