Hey AL and Laura, I have a good case for your videos. Do yoy know Vueling? Itīs a spanish-based low cost or low fare airline as you want. It now has a new CEO called Barbara Cassani because the company is in trouble. She started her career in management consulting then worked in a wide variety of roles at British Airways. In 1997, she started-up Go, the low-cost airline, with a Ģ25m investment from British Airways and guided the airline to profits in less than 3 years as its CEO. But then, what is surprising about this case?. Her first words have been: "Vueling should work on increasing tariffs, which are very low, and focus on business flights market". The problem is that its core market is Spain and for spanish people Vueling stands for "low fare airline", itīs a very well-known company here. If you enter its website right now you can still read: "cheap flights!". Maybe you could complete this case with more information and explain how to solve the problem of low cost airlines, when 'there's not enough money to cover the cost of the flight.' as Mrs. Cassani says, without changing brandīs positioning. Thank you

Here are the latest news from a focused company Dell said it would sell personal computers through Gome, China's biggest electronics retailer, which has outlets in more than 160 cities across the country. The deal marked the latest move by Dell away from its model of selling direct to customers.
